Brazil's New Comprehensive Government Site The Brazilian Government launched its new site today (3 Mar 10).   It is a big improvement over the previous site which had an institutional look to it!  This one has an Internet Look. This site also has an English section, which is not a translation of the Brazilian section.  It has content for foreigners while the Brazilian section has content for Brazilian citizens. I changed from this company. to this one. I am still shocked at how easy and stress-free this was. My phone and internet service was via Oi, which recently bought out Brasil Telecom. I had heard good reports about GVT. I checked their site and then called to discuss the best package.  The lady was helpful.
